At Periwinkle Preschool we recognise and respect that children are unique individuals on a path of learning. We welcome each child and their family openly on their learning journey.

FEES

A non-refundable application fee of $30 is required when you complete a waiting list form. For Aboriginal Australian and Torres Strait Islander families, the application fee is $5.

APPLY

To apply for Periwinkle Preschool, the first step in the process is to submit an enrolment waiting list application form and pay the non-refundable application fee. Please be sure to use your child’s name as a reference on your payment.

At that time, you will be added to the preschool’s waitlist for the enrolment year indicated on your application form.

To ensure your best possible chance of enrolment, it’s ideal to submit an application as early as possible.

ARAKWAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

We would like to offer scholarships for identified Arakwal jarjums at Periwinkle Preschool, to start in 2024, and as an ongoing program. To submit a scholarship applicaion, please fill out this form.

ENROLMENT

If there is place available for your child, the Director will be in touch with an invitation for an enrolment meeting, which usually takes place in August and September each year.

At that time, the following items are required to secure your child’s placement in the following year:

• A completed Enrolment Form (which you will receive via email when offered a space)
• Birth Certificate and Immunisation Statement (available from Medicare)
• Non-refundable Confirmation Deposit of $200 paid to:

Periwinkle supports the NSW Government’s “Start Strong” Guidelines for enrolments. We prioritise places for children aged four (before July 31) or five, followed by children aged three whose family holds a Health Care Card and/or who identify as Aboriginal Australian or Torres Strait Islander.
